Bathroom Reno: Baby Reidwin is now one day late. Really, this should be no surprise to anyone; would punctuality be genetically possible for our offspring?
Speaking of overdue, these pictures are very much so. Poor Lucinda put in a request for reno pictures when the bathroom work was completed in February and we are only now obliging. Sorry for the delay! (will our baby eventually come out saying that?)

Though you can see that the attractive colour scheme from the original bathroom was scrapped, you may not be able to see the following from the before pictures:
1)the toilet and sink were quite close together causing some people to bump their heads on the sink when rising from the throne, not to mention hampering bathroom sharing
2)the large chunks of ceramic missing from the shower tiling, replaced with black mould. at my eye level. making me feel dirtier upon emerging from the shower than when I entered...

Kudos must be given to Andrew and Trevor for providing us with showers throughout the reno process, as well as for assisting Simon and his dad haul the incredibly heavy cast iron tub down our treacherous stairs and outside (pregnancy got me out of a whole lot of undesirable jobs!).
