Surfing in Montreal: Went for a walk to Habitat '67 on Sunday and took some pictures of the surfers playing on the standing wave in the river behind the apartments. They made it look easy and a lot of fun. There seemed to be a class going on and I would assume that it would be an awesome place to learn to surf. The wave is always there and in one spot, allowing the learning surfer to have more than 5.7 secs of practise per ride.
